My name is Michael Alves. I am one of the fortunate few to be born and raised in the Point Loma & Ocean Beach area. I am the owner and senior broker of The URBAN REALTY GROUP, a full service boutique real estate firm that specializes in property sales throughout San Diego County. My passion for real estate started at an early age while working at my grandparents property management business.
